Teutopolis Educational System
| The Teutopolis Unit 50 School District enrolls approximately 1,200 students in 3 different schools: Teutopolis Grade School, Junior High and High School. TheTeutopolis School District has an excellent reputation with an on-time graduation rate of 98.1%. About our teachers, their average years of reaching experience: 18.8 and we average a class size of 16 compared to the state average of 20 pupils, teachers with master degrees is 57%. Our parents are very involved with our school system (98.9%). Students' attendance is 97.8% with a low mobility rate of 2.1%. Our Students Post Graduate educational levels are 81.4% of graduates attend a post-secondary school, 56.7% obtain an associate's and 25.3% bachelor's degree. Area Colleges
Lake Land College was founded in 1966 and is a public community college offering career programs that lead to immediate employment, transfer programs that lead to a baccalaureate degree, liberal arts, adult education, special job training and retraining programs.
